Appearing in Series 10, Episodes 18, 19, and 20, the show followed our first steps, challenges, and triumphs as we brought traditional British baking to life here on the Costa del Sol.
Our Journey on A New Life in the Sun
In 2025, Porky Pies was invited to share our story on Channel 4’s popular series A New Life in the Sun. The programme followed our adventure as we took over the long-established Porky Pies bakery in Benalmádena—capturing the excitement, nerves, learning curves, and joy that came with bringing a much-loved British bakery into a new chapter.
From our first early-morning bakes to serving our very first customers, the cameras were there for all the big (and small!) moments. The episodes highlight our passion for traditional British pastries, our commitment to quality, and the warm community spirit that makes Porky Pies so special.
